Additionally, it integrates seamlessly with a control room, ensuring a powerful coordination between manual intervention, IVR automation, and AI analysis. Leveraging cloud telephony, the system (100) enables scalable, reliable, and location-independent emergency handling, enhancing timely identification of genuine distress situations and facilitating automatic police notification, significantly improving transport safety.
