Abstract: A METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING BEVERAGE DISPENSING BASED ON EMOTIONAL STATE COUNTER-REGULATION AND CONSUMPTION SAFETY MONITORING The present disclosure relates to a method and system for controlling beverage dispensing based on emotional state counter-regulation and consumption safety monitoring. The method includes detecting facial image data of a user (101) through an optical sensor (106), determining an emotional state parameter based on the facial image data, and determining a cumulative consumption value of at least one restricted ingredient consumed by the user (101) within a predefined temporal period. The method includes generating a correlation coefficient mapping the emotional state parameter to a functionally opposite beverage property based on the cumulative consumption value not exceeding a safety threshold. A fluid dispensing mechanism is controlled to dispense a beverage volume based on the correlation coefficient. The beverage volume is dynamically adjusted to maintain the cumulative consumption value below the safety threshold while counteracting the detected emotional state.
