Abstract: ABSTRACT A Method and System for Closed-Loop Adaptive Agricultural Intelligence with Continuous Policy Learning The present invention relates to intelligent and adaptive farming system that employs closed loop real-time crop observation, predictive analytics and autonomous farm management. The multi-source data involved include data related to soil quality, environmental factors, climate information and images of the plants through an internet of things (IoT) sensor network. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) algorithm processes the acquired data and uses predictive analysis in order to detect stresses in the crops, possible disease infection and any form of environmental imbalance, even that below visual detection. A digital twin simulation component will perform evaluations on different interventions in order to choose the best one before implementing it. The system also has an adaptive reinforcement learning component that keeps updating the decision-making algorithms using historical information regarding intervention successes. Fig.3
