MUMBAI, India, Aug. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541010163 A) filed by Xyma Analytics Private Limited on March 15, 2025, for A Method And System For Automatically Predicting Operating Parameters In Real-Time In Aluminum Smelting Processes.

Inventors include Akshay Vinod Hankare; Saliha Fathima; Sriram S; Kalidass N; and Nishanth Raja.

The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.

Abstract: According to the present disclosure, a method and system for automatically predicting at least one operating parameter of an electrolytic pot in an industrial processing facility are disclosed. The method comprises the steps of obtaining an input data, preprocessing the input data by performing at least one conditioning process thereby generating a pre-processed dataset, extracting at least one feature from a plurality of features of the pre-processed dataset, forming an input feature vector from at least one extracted feature, receiving the generated input feature vector by a prediction model, generating a plurality of tree outputs of the operating parameter being the plurality of predictions by processing the input feature vector by the plurality of decision tree models of the prediction model, and predicting at least one operating parameter of the electrolytic pot by determining an average of plurality of tree outputs generated by the plurality of decision tree models.
