Abstract: A METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATED COMPLIANCE VERIFICATION The present disclosure relates to a method (300) and a system (100) for automated compliance verification of program code. The method (300) receives regulatory information corresponding to one or more regulatory documents and program code as input. The regulatory information is transformed into a regulatory structured representation, while the program code is converted into a corresponding code structured representation. A reachability representation is computed for both structured representations, capturing relationships and dependencies between elements. Compliance is then evaluated by comparing the regulatory and code representations to detect deviations or violations. The method (300) enables consistent, comprehensive, and automated verification of program code against regulatory requirements, reducing reliance on manual audits, minimizing inconsistencies, and providing actionable insights for remediation.
