The system comprise collecting and processing data from a plurality of heterogeneous sources, including business model characteristics, customer sentiment, pricing information, market conditions, and socio-economic indicators, to generate a Success Fingerprint associated with a successful enterprise. The Success Fingerprint is compared with characteristics of a selected target market to determine a transferability potential and market fit of the corresponding business model. Based on the comparison, the system identifies potential business opportunities and determines one or more localized adaptations for implementing the business model in the target market. The system further generates predicted performance metrics, risk assessments, and market-fit evaluations. The invention thereby provides a data-driven decision-support mechanism for entrepreneurs, investors, enterprises, and policy makers to efficiently evaluate and validate potential business model transfers while reducing the time and resources associated with conventional market research.
