Abstract: The present invention provides a method and a system for the certification of agentic artificial intelligence pipelines by means of a composite readiness score, designated the H-Factor, characterised as adaptive, empirically calibrated and hardware-anchored. A section-selection module derives, from a versioned master catalogue, a pipeline-specific subset of validation sections and corresponding weights determined by the pipeline's risk classification, agent topology, tool surface and regulatory mapping. The H-Factor is calibrated such that a pipeline scoring h has a probability of at most (100-h)/100 of failing a probe drawn from a defined adversarial test distribution, said calibration being periodically re-verified. Upon certification, cryptographic signing keys are generated within a hardware security module and short-validity network certificates are issued, both being automatically revoked upon score regression; upon breach of an emergency threshold, a hardware kill-switch physically severs tool-broker access. Observed runtime failures trigger versioned, signed catalogue updates applied prospectively.
