The claimed subject matter discloses a method 200 for managing incoming calls in a first communication device 102. The method 200 comprises detecting an incoming call from a second communication device 104 when the first communication device 102 is in motion. The method further comprises determining a subscriber number of the incoming call, classifying the subscriber number into at least one category from the categories comprising ‘Spam’, ‘Favorite’ and ‘other’, disconnecting the incoming call if the category of the subscriber number is ‘Spam’ and processing the incoming call to generate at least one notification on the first communication device 102, if the category of the subscriber number is one of ‘Favorite’ or ‘Other’.
