Abstract: ABSTRACT A METHOD AND A SYSTEM FOR COUNTERFACTUAL HEALTH TRAJECTORY ANALYSIS AND DISEASE DIAGNOSIS The present invention relates to a method and a system for counterfactual health trajectory analysis and disease diagnosis. The system comprises a healthcare data acquisition unit configured to receive multi-modal healthcare data associated with an individual, a biological state generation unit configured to generate a dynamic biological state representation, a healthy trajectory generation unit configured to generate one or more healthy reference trajectories, a counterfactual trajectory generation unit configured to generate a plurality of projected health trajectories corresponding to alternative intervention scenarios, a disease evolution simulation unit configured to generate disease progression pathways, and a trajectory divergence analysis unit configured to determine trajectory divergence indicators. An artificial intelligence decision engine identifies disease risks, disease conditions, disease progression probabilities, and optimized intervention pathways based on the trajectory divergence indicators. The system further generates personalized healthcare recommendations and continuously updates predictive models using newly acquired healthcare data and observed treatment outcomes, thereby enabling predictive disease diagnosis and adaptive healthcare management.
