Furthermore, displaying a plurality of symptoms corresponding to the selected human body part. The user selects a symptom from the plurality of symptoms. Furthermore, conducting an interactive session with the user by generating at least one query corresponding to the selected symptom to receive at least one user response to the at least one query via the user interface. Then, generating one or more subsequent queries corresponding to the at least one user response.
