Abstract: ABSTRACT A METHOD AND A SYSTEM FOR AI-SYNCHRONIZED HIGH-SPEED ELECTRO-MECHANICAL EJECTION IN CONVEYOR SORTING The present invention relates to a method and a system for AI-synchronized high-speed electro-mechanical ejection in intelligent conveyor sorting. A conveyor transports objects through a detection region monitored by an AI-based object recognition module that detects, classifies, localizes, and tracks each object. Conveyor-motion data and object-position information are processed by a control and synchronization unit to predict arrival of a classified object at an assigned ejection zone, select a corresponding shooter module, and determine an actuator-response-compensated trigger. The selected shooter module employs either a closed-loop rotary actuator coupled to a rotary-to-linear mechanism or a direct-linear electro-mechanical actuator to drive an ejector member and displace the object into a corresponding collection region. Feedback from position, encoder, current, temperature, vibration, or limit sensors verifies stroke completion and return, enables adaptive timing correction, and supports localized fault isolation. The system provides accurate, modular, scalable, energy-efficient, and low-maintenance sorting at variable conveyor speeds. Fig. 5
