Abstract: The present invention relates to a medu wada shaping machine. The machine consists of a batter hopper, dispensing nozzle, motor-driven piston, heating and frying unit, temperature-controlled frying unit, and control system. Batter loaded into the hopper is pushed through the dispensing nozzle into hot oil in perfect circular shapes with a central hole. The fryer maintains the oil at an optimal temperature around 180°C for proper cooking. The process eliminates manual handling of batter, reducing contamination risks and improving hygiene. The machine ensures uniform shape and size of each wada, reduces labor and time required for preparation, and improves production speed. The entire body is made of food-grade stainless steel for hygiene, easy cleaning, and durability. The machine is suitable for domestic use, commercial use, restaurants, hotels, canteens, food stalls, and catering services.
