The system comprises a microcontroller (101) as main controller and IoT connectivity module, an IR/load sensor (102) for medicine intake detection installed inside each compartment, a push button (103) for manual confirmation and emergency alert, an LED indicator (104) for status alert, a passive buzzer (105) and active buzzer (106) for reminder and alert, a power supply (107) of 5V DC/USB, a Blynk/cloud application (108) for caregiver notification, and a mobile application (109) for receiving notifications. The microcontroller (101) activates the LED indicator (104) and buzzer (105, 106) at scheduled medication times, monitors the IR/load sensor (102) and push button (103) to detect medicine intake, and transmits medicine intake or missed dose information to the Blynk/cloud application (108) and mobile application (109).
