Inventors include Dr. Sonia Dhiman; Dr. Shareen Singh; and Dr. Thakur Gurjeet Singh.

The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: The present invention a medication packaging system (100) comprises a reusable outer carrier (210), a replaceable medication-contact cassette (220), a moisture barrier (400), and an embedded near-field communication tag (300). The tag (300) includes an antenna (310), secure non-volatile memory (320), a tamper input circuit (330), and a secure element (340). A conductive tamper loop (510) extends across a closure seal (230) and irreversibly records a tamper-evident memory state (500) in an active write-once lifecycle slot when the seal (230) is broken. The lifecycle slot stores a unique package identifier (600), medication batch identifier (620), content digest (610), and tamper counter value (520). A pharmacist programming dock (810) authenticates programming and links pharmacist-approved counseling content (700) to the package identifier (600). A user device (900) verifies a cryptographic signature and content digest (610) before presenting counseling. Following return and sanitation, the dock (810) assigns a new lifecycle slot for a subsequent dispensing cycle. (Accompanied Figure No. 1 to 4)
