Abstract: The present invention relates to a mechanical sack lifter incorporates a pneumatic-assisted lifting mechanism for safe, efficient, and ergonomic handling of heavy sacks in agricultural, industrial, warehousing, and logistics applications. The device comprises a portable wheeled frame with larger rear wheels (5) for structural stability and smaller front wheels (6) for precise maneuverability, a handlebar structure (7) for directional control, a lifting platform (8) with loadretaining features, and a mechanical linkage system (4) comprising a scissor lift mechanism actuated by a pneumatic cylinder. Compressed air supplied from an onboard canister, hand pump, or foot pump raises the platform smoothly, eliminating dependence on external electrical power. A mechanical locking mechanism secures the platform during transportation, and a flow control valve ensures safe, gradual descent during unloading. The device enables a single operator to lift, transport, and unload sacks of 20 kg to 100 kg with minimal physical strain, reducing musculoskeletal injury risk and improving productivity.
