Abstract: ABSTRACT A Mathematical Optimization Framework for Intelligent Multi-Objective Resource Allocation in Smart Manufacturing Systems The present invention provides a mathematical optimization framework for intelligent multi-objective resource allocation in smart manufacturing systems. The framework integrates manufacturing data from machines, sensors, production systems, and resource monitoring devices to determine optimized allocation of machines, labor, materials, energy, and production time. Multiple objectives, including productivity, resource utilization, cost, energy consumption, quality, and delivery performance, are simultaneously evaluated subject to operational constraints. The framework dynamically adapts allocation decisions to changing production demands, resource availability, and equipment conditions, thereby enabling efficient, flexible, sustainable, and intelligent resource management in complex smart manufacturing environments.
