Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a manually operated TIG welding accessory (100) for synchronized movement of a TIG welding torch (10) and feeding of a filler rod (20). The manually operated TIG welding accessory (100) comprises a housing (102) having a support frame (104), a crank (106), and a helical shaft (108). A support plate (110) having a first hub (112) engages the helical shaft (108) to convert rotary motion into linear displacement along a welding direction. A rotary transmission assembly (114) comprising an input shaft (116) and a first helical gear (118) drives an oscillation assembly (120) comprising a disc (122), a pair of sliders (124, 126), a link (132), and a torch holder (134) to impart oscillatory weaving movement to the TIG welding torch (10). A filler rod feeding assembly (136) advances the filler rod (20) toward a welding region in synchronization with torch travel and weaving.
