Abstract: The present invention relates to a machinist glove system for vibration dampening and improved grip. The system comprises a machinist glove (101) made from rough cloth material, composite pads positioned at anthropometric gripping points of the palm, and a thin rubber sheet for enhanced grip and moisture protection. A drill machine (102) fitted with a drill bit (104) generates vibration during operation, which is transmitted to the machinist glove (101). The glove integrated with jute fiber composite gripper (103) reduces vibration transmission to the human hand. The composite pads are made using jute fabric reinforced with polyester resin compressed through a fly-press. Vibration-absorbing materials such as Kevlar, basalt fiber, EVA foam, and rubber composites are used. A Velcro-based attachment system enables replacement of pads. Vibration data is recorded using a vibration meter application for comparative analysis. The system reduces Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVs) and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and improves operator safety and efficiency.
