Abstract: ABSTRACT A Machine Learning Driven System for Automated Web Surveillance The present disclosure relates to a Machine Learning Driven System for Automated Web Surveillance configured to intelligently monitor, collect, and analyze information from websites, social media platforms, news portals, blogs, online forums, digital repositories, and other web-based sources. The system comprises a web data acquisition module, preprocessing engine, machine learning-based surveillance engine, anomaly detection module, and alert generation module that continuously process structured and unstructured web data to identify relevant surveillance events and operational intelligence. The machine learning surveillance engine utilizes artificial intelligence, natural language processing, behavioral analytics, and pattern recognition techniques to classify web content, detect cyber threats, fraudulent activities, misinformation, policy violations, abnormal behavioral patterns, and emerging online trends. An anomaly detection module evaluates the analyzed information and generates prioritized alerts, intelligence reports, and surveillance notifications based on configurable risk levels and predefined monitoring objectives. The system further incorporates an adaptive learning module that continuously retrains machine learning models using historical surveillance records, analyst feedback, detection outcomes, and operational intelligence to improve monitoring accuracy and reduce false positives. The disclosed invention provides a scalable, secure, and automated web surveillance solution for cybersecurity, digital forensics, enterprise intelligence, brand protection, regulatory compliance, and real-time threat monitoring across heterogeneous web environments.
