MUMBAI, India, Aug. 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421075651 A) filed by Archana Chandrashekhar Magare; and Maulika Patel on October 07, 2024, for A Machine Learning Based System And Method For Multiomics Parkinson’s Disease Biomarkers Identification.
Inventors include Archana Chandrashekhar Magare; and Maulika Patel.
The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT A MACHINE LEARNING BASED SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MULTIOMICS PARKINSON’S DISEASE BIOMARKERS IDENTIFICATION The present invention relates to a machine learning based system for multiomics Parkinson’s disease biomarkers identification. The system comprises processing unit (1), a control unit (2), an input device (3), a communication interface (4) configured to access heterogeneous datasets from remote or local repositories; and a display unit (5). The system identifies multiomics Parkinson’s disease biomarkers as well as finding correlation between various multiomics Parkinsons disease biomarkers for early detection of the disease. The system will analyse individual omics data and then combines them to get the implicit correlation within multiomics data. This system will get a full range (multiomics) Parkinson’s disease biomarkers.
