The healthcare information is acquired, consolidated, validated, cleaned, normalized, encoded, and feature-selected to generate a processed feature dataset for selective execution of a disease-specific machine learning prediction model. Disease prediction outputs are analytically evaluated and presented as a disease prediction report through the user interface module (108e). The disclosed architecture facilitates standardized processing of heterogeneous healthcare information, modular management of disease-specific prediction models, scalability through incorporation of additional prediction models, and integrated clinical decision support.
