A Random Forest classifier is employed in the first stage to classify crops into primary categories, while a Euclidean distance-based method is used in the second stage to determine vegetable subtypes when applicable. The system is trained on a validated dataset and achieves high accuracy. It is lightweight, scalable, and capable of real-time, offline operation on mobile devices, thereby enabling efficient and precise crop recommendations for agricultural applications.
