Abstract: A low-level laser therapy device with improved heat dissipation [0056] The invention is directed to a light assembly for low level laser therapy, and a low-level laser therapy device with improved heat dissipation abilities. This is achieved by sandwiching a printed circuit board between a front plate and a thermal pad that are made with thermally conductive material. At least one of the plates or the thermal pad is in a proximity of a fan that will dissipate the heat accumulated. Further, a vapor chamber is connected between the front plate and the fan that will further dissipate any excessive heat. A distal end of the vapor chamber comprises a secondary fan that further contributes to heat dissipation. In this manner, any accumulated heat from the electronics is dissipated in many different ways ensuring the device remains cool during the course of its use. (Figure 1)
