Abstract: A low-cost scalable Collective Biomechanical Feedback System and method for large-group aerobic and fitness sessions is disclosed. The system employs a plurality of cameras, a central processing unit running pose-estimation and form-deviation detection software, a feedback aggregator, and a shared Digital LED Wall. It enables real-time or near real-time group-scale posture and movement-form feedback for 300–500 simultaneous participants without requiring individual wearable sensors. Quantitative metrics may be stored for longitudinal analysis. The invention is particularly suited for women’s university campuses and educational institutions seeking affordable, technology-augmented wellness programmes.
