The backend server system (130) includes a multi-parameter search and filter engine (131), a subscription management module (132), and a recommendation engine (133). The platform (100) enables users to discover, filter, subscribe to, and manage home- cooked tiffin meal delivery services through a unified mobile interface. Users configure subscriptions using calendar-based scheduling, select meal time slots, and process payments through UPI or card. A daily reminder and advance cancellation notification module (161) dispatches proactive notifications for scheduled deliveries, enabling real-time confirmation or cancellation to reduce food wastage, improve provider coordination, and streamline tiffin service management in urban environments.
