Abstract: ABSTRACT A LOCATION-AWARE CIVIC ISSUE REPORTING AND AUTOMATED AUTHORITY ASSIGNMENT SYSTEM AND A METHOD THEREOF The present disclosure discloses a system (100) and a method (200) of location-aware civic issue reporting and automated authority assignment. The system (100) comprises a vehicle-mounted capturing device (102) having an image sensor (102a) and a motion detector (102b) to capture image frames. An image processor (104) to apply one or more enhancement operations. A scanning module (106) comprises a trained artificial intelligence model (106a) that outputs an issue classification for each processed frame. A geo-tagging module (108) to supply geographic coordinates with respective timestamps. A central repository (110) to store all data. A duplicate filter (112) discards any duplicate records. An assignment engine (114) routes each non-duplicate record to a corresponding authority interface (118). A notifier (116) that transmits a completion message to a citizen interface (120) upon receiving a resolution confirmation from the authority interface (118).
