Abstract: ABSTRACT A Load Deck for a Vehicle The present invention relates to a load deck (100) for a vehicle. The load deck includes a base (110) configured to support a load, a plurality of side panels (120a, 120b, 120c, 120d) and a lock assembly (200). Each of the plurality of side panels has a groove portion (124) extends along a length direction of the side panel (120). The lock assembly (200) is positioned within the groove portion (124) of one of the plurality of side panels (120). The lock assembly (200) includes a base plate (210), a locking arm (220) with a movable locking member (230) and a hook member (240) attached to a second panel (120b). The movable locking member (230) is configured to lockably engage with the hook member (240) to prevent relative movement between the first panel (120a) and the second panel (120b).
