Abstract: ABSTRACT “A LOAD-ADAPTIVE INDIRECT BIOMASS FURNACE SYSTEM & METHOD THEREOF” An automatic load-adaptive biomass indirect hot air furnace system for multi-dryer grain drying plants comprises a vertically tapered combustion chamber (101) having a larger cross-section at an upper portion and a smaller cross-section at a lower portion for generating cyclonic vortex combustion of biomass fuel. Tangential air inlets (102) and a biomass feeding system (103) introduce air and fuel to create a helical vortex flow within the chamber. A top U-turn flue duct (107) provides centrifugal particle separation and directs flue gas into an adjacent vertical indirect heat exchanger (108) for producing clean hot air supplied to one or more grain dryers. A processing unit (120) receives a dryer load signal (128) and sensor inputs to modulate fuel feed, draft air, induced draft, and ash handling operations proportionally to the number of active dryers. A thermoelectric generator (119) recovers waste heat for auxiliary power. The method includes load- based modulation, startup interlocks, ignition confirmation, and controlled shutdown.
