Abstract: A Liquid Delivery Device With A One-Way Valve A liquid delivery device comprises a lower housing part configured to contain a collapsible reservoir and an upper housing part configured to contain a nozzle assembly and metering chamber, the metering chamber located at the inner or upstream end of the nozzle assembly, the nozzle assembly configured to convert liquid received from the metering chamber to a droplet spray at the outer or downstream end for delivery to a user, a passage extending between the reservoir and the metering chamber to in use deliver liquid from the collapsible reservoir to the metering chamber, and a one-way valve located in the passage between the metering chamber and the nozzle assembly, the one-way valve configured to open to allow liquid to pass from the metering chamber to the nozzle assembly, the valve in the closed position substantially blocking the passage to prevent the flow of gases and fluids into the collapsible reservoir.
