Abstract: The present invention discloses a liquid contamination detection system and a method thereof for real-time detection of microbial contamination in liquid medicines and parenteral solutions. The system comprises a laser-based optical detection unit, a biosensor chip for detecting microbial metabolic activity, a microfluidic channel for controlled sample flow, and a processing unit for analyzing signals and generating contamination status. The method involves passing a liquid sample through the system, detecting optical and biochemical signals, and providing instant output indicating whether the liquid is safe or contaminated. The invention enables rapid, non-destructive, and portable detection suitable for hospital bedside applications and pharmaceutical quality control, thereby improving patient safety and reducing infection risks.
