Abstract: The present invention is related to a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) monitoring and control system along with a mobile application for domestic and commercial applications. This system is designed for efficient management of LPG gas used in cooking environments. It enables both manual and wireless control of gas supply using a Motorized Gas Valve (105). The system continuously monitors gas usage through a Gas Flow Sensor (108) and processes data using an ESP32 Control PCB (104). It provides real-time leakage detection using MQ-2 Gas Sensors (107, 109) and ensures safety through automatic alerts. The invention predicts the remaining LPG level and estimates the expected depletion date based on usage patterns. Notifications are sent via a mobile application connected through an Internet/Cloud API Interface (106), allowing users to track consumption and enable auto-booking of refills. Configurable cooking timers automatically shut off the gas supply for applications like tea and rice preparation. Powered by a Power Supply/Battery Backup (101), the system ensures safe, intelligent, and efficient LPG usage management.
