MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641112086 A) filed by Rn Microwave Private Limited on September 18, 2026, for A Ku-Band Solid-State Power Amplifier With Radial Waveguide Power Combining Architecture.

Inventor includes Rajesh Mishra.

The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: A high-power Ku-Band Solid-State Power Amplifier (100) delivering at least 250W peak output power across 17.1-17.5" GHz" is disclosed. The system includes a low- power driver section (106–118), an 8-way power divider (120), eight parallel HPA modules (122a–122h) with output isolators (124a–124h), and an 8-way radial waveguide power combiner (126) incorporating airline coaxial radial technology and suspended stripline quarter-wave probes. An onboard power supply (140) uses parallel active EMI filters (146) and ZVS buck converters (148) to convert a +48"V" DC input to a +28"V" bus (150). An Artix-7 FPGA control card (160) manages PRF-synchronized gate switching, dynamic drain power routing, and 32 MSPS ADC power monitoring. The assembly is enclosed in a two-layer stacked aluminum chassis (102) providing distinct low-power (102a) and high-power (102b) thermal isolation.
