The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: A jet assembly (100) designed for removing debris from preheaters/smoke chambers (200), capable of operating in high-temperature environments up to 1500°C. The jet assembly (100) includes at least one jet lance (104) configured on a remotely operable bogie trolley (102), equipped with multi-directional wheels (102A-1,102A-2) and jacks (102B) for stability, to discharge liquid at a predefined pressure up to 1000 bar. The jet assembly (100) includes an image acquisition unit (106) on the jet lance (104) for real-time visual data capture, aiding the cleaning process. A control unit (108) communicates with the bogie trolley (102), jet lance (104), and the image acquisition unit (106), capturing and displaying visual data via a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) (100) and receiving user inputs for adjusting pressure and movement. The jet assembly (100) includes a compressor (112), carbide nozzles (104A) for generating water jets, and a predictive maintenance module (108A) for monitoring critical parameters and reducing downtime.
