Abstract: A HYDROGEN STORAGE CONTROL UNIT (HSCU) FOR COUNTING A HYDROGEN TANK REFILL IN A VEHICLE. ABSTRACT A Hydrogen storage control unit (HSCU) (102) for counting a hydrogen tank (105) refill in a vehicle (101) is disclosed. The HSCU (102) integrates a memory module (103) and a sub- processing unit (104) that monitors and controls hydrogen storages and distribution. It utilizes at least once pressure sensor (106) to continuously measure the internal pressure of the hydrogen tank (105), storing previous and current pressure values. The system increments a refill counter based on pre-defined conditions, including comparisons of pressure values against maximum thresholds. Alerts are communicated to the vehicle operator through an output interface (107), ensuring safety and maintenance. The sub-processing unit (104) updates a look-up table to maintain accurate records of pressure and refill cycles, enhancing the reliability of hydrogen fuel systems in vehicles (101).
