Abstract: ABSTRACT A HYDRO-ACTIVATED TRANSDERMAL POULTICE PATCH FOR LOCALIZED MUSCULOSKELETAL PAIN RELIEF AND CONNECTIVE TISSUE SUPPORT The instant disclosure provides a hydro-activated topical patch assembly comprising a high-porosity porous pouch containing a standardized dry- powder herbal-mineral composition configured for localized treatment of musculoskeletal inflammation and connective tissue repair. The composition comprises a Primary Anti-Inflammatory Complex of Curcuma longa, Zingiber officinale, Boswellia serrata, and Vitex negundo; a Connective Tissue Support Module of Cissus quadrangularis, Withania somnifera, and Moringa oleifera; a Bio-Mineral Structural Matrix of magnesium sulfate, rock salt, and trace element enzymatic cofactors; a Thermal-Permeation Phase of volcanic silicates and urea; and a Volatile Analgesic Phase of menthol and camphor. Upon immersion in warm water, the assembly transitions from a stable dry state to an active diffusion state, establishing a localized moist-heat microenvironment of 40°C to 45°C that drives multi-pathway phytochemical delivery into deep musculoskeletal tissue.
