Abstract: The present invention relates to a hybrid steam-based car washing system comprises a water filtration system (100), internal water tank (101) of 6–9 litre capacity, submersible water pump (102), internal control system (103), band heater with internal copper tube winding (104) capable of reaching temperatures up to 120°C, and a brass steam nozzle sprayer (105). The top assembly includes a solar panel (200), on/off control system (201), and water inlet cap (202). The submersible water pump (102) draws filtered water from the internal water tank (101) and supplies it to the band heater (104), which generates high-temperature steam directed through the steam nozzle sprayer (105) for efficient removal of dirt, grease, and contaminants. The solar panel (200) with MPPT controller reduces electrical power consumption. The system consumes 3.8–7.6 litres per wash cycle, requires no chemical detergents, heats in less than 5 minutes, and reduces water consumption by more than 90% compared to conventional car washing systems.
