The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a hybrid renewable energy system optimization and feasibility assessment platform and a process thereof. The platform comprises a data acquisition module, stochastic resource modeling module, energy simulation engine, multi-objective optimization engine, energy management module, feasibility assessment module, and report generation module. The system utilizes a hybrid Grey Wolf Optimizer–Whale Optimization Algorithm framework to determine optimal configurations of photovoltaic arrays, wind turbine generators, battery energy storage systems, and backup generators. The optimization simultaneously minimizes Levelised Cost of Energy, Loss of Power Supply Probability, and carbon emissions while accounting for stochastic renewable resource variability using Beta and Weibull probability distributions. The feasibility assessment module computes Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Payback Period, Renewable Energy Fraction, and lifecycle economic indicators. The invention provides an integrated framework for renewable energy planning, rural electrification, microgrid design, project financing, and sustainable energy deployment.
