Abstract: ABSTRACT A hybrid agricultural prediction and pest detection system (100) is provided for crop-related decision support through a web-based interface. An input and user interface module (101) receives land area, temperature, humidity, pH value and rainfall data and a crop or plant image. A data preprocessing module (102) performs data normalization and improved oversampling including ISMOTE. A feature extraction module (103) derives correlation, statistical, entropy and raw data features, which are processed by a feature selection module (104). An improved feature ranking and fusion module (105) ranks and fuses selected features. A hybrid prediction module (106) comprising LSTM and DBN models processes the fused features to generate a unified crop prediction and estimated yield. A CNN-based pest detection module (107) analyses the image to identify a pest. An output and agricultural information module (108) presents the crop prediction, yield, identified pest, pest prevention information and seasonal crop information.
