Abstract: ABSTRACT A HYBRID ELECTROCHEMICAL CELL AND A METHOD OF PRODUCING THEREOF An electrochemical cell comprising a cathode, an anode, a porous separator, and an electrolyte solution is disclosed. The cathode includes a cathode current collector, wherein its first side is coated with a first composite active layer, and its second side is coated with a hybrid active layer. The anode comprises an anode current collector, wherein its first side is coated with a second composite active layer, and its second side is coated with a third composite active layer. A porous separator is positioned between the second side of the cathode and the second side of the anode, allowing the electrolyte solution to flow through. This configuration enhances energy density, power density, and cycling performance, making the cell suitable for high-performance energy storage applications. FIG. 1
