The system comprises a blockchain transaction module, a banking transaction module, a data acquisition module, a reconciliation engine, a verification module, a status management module, an alert module, and an audit module. The blockchain transaction module records invoice creation, approval, financing, and settlement events and generates blockchain transaction identifiers. The banking transaction module receives payment information and bank transaction identifiers. The data acquisition module collects transaction data from both systems through secure interfaces. The reconciliation engine matches transaction identifiers, invoice metadata, payment amounts, and timestamps. The verification module validates transaction consistency and detects discrepancies. The status management module updates transaction status and flags unmatched transactions. The alert module generates notifications, while the audit module maintains reconciliation logs. The system enables near real-time reconciliation, improves transparency, and reduces operational delays and errors.
