The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a chopstick (100) comprising an elongated body with a solid portion extending from a first end and a hollow portion extending to a second end, wherein the hollow portion defines an internal channel (106). A side aperture (102) is formed at a transition between the solid and hollow portions, and a bottom aperture (104) is positioned at the second end, both providing fluid communication with the internal channel (106). The apertures enable liquid flow when the bottom aperture (104) is submerged and the side aperture (102) is open. Users seal the side aperture (102) with an index finger (112) to trap liquid and release to dispense. Manufacturing methods include investment casting, metal injection molding, drilling from solid rod, two-section assembly, and injection molding for plastic materials.
