Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a headstrap assembly (100) for a head-mounted device (110) weared by a user with head covering. The headstrap assembly (100) includes a left-side extended support (102), a right-side extended support (104), and a dual strap assembly. The left-side extended support (102) and the right-side extended support (104) are connected to a left-side end and a right-side end of the head-mounted device (110) respectively. The dual strap assembly includes a first strap (106) and a second strap (108) positioned below the first strap (106). The dual strap assembly is positioned to encircle the head horizontally below crown area of the head of the user. The headstrap assembly (100) enables use of the head-mounted devices for individuals wearing turbans or other substantial head coverings.
