Abstract: A hardware-synchronized wearable physiological monitoring system includes a chest analytics node, a wrist analytics node and a body-area coordinator. The chest node acquires electrocardiographic, thoracic-bioimpedance and inertial signals. The wrist node acquires red/infrared photoplethysmographic, skin-temperature and inertial signals. Hardware timestamp circuits capture coordinator beacons and maintain aligned frames. Contact-quality circuits measure electrode impedance and sensor pressure. A pressure-adjusting actuator and programmable analog front end physically correct poor optical coupling before analysis. A fixed-point neural inference accelerator processes quality-gated, time-aligned features including R-R interval, pulse-arrival time, oxygenation ratio, temperature slope and acceleration energy. A cooperative verification circuit issues a physiological-event packet only when abnormal evidence is temporally consistent across the nodes and signal quality exceeds a stored threshold. Ferroelectric memories retain pre-event and post-event waveforms, while an adaptive acquisition state machine increases sampling and radio activity during verification. The architecture reduces motion-triggered false events, synchronization error and energy consumption during monitoring. (Accompanied Figure No. 1 to 6)
