Abstract: The present invention relates to a hardware-enforced secure interfacing gateway system enclosure boundary for absolute industrial process segregation. The system comprises an enclosure boundary housing an out-of-bound unidirectional data interface composed of an optical transmitter module and an optical receiver module aligned across a physical air gap to segregate an operational technology interface from an information technology interface. A local crypto reconstruction engine core executes threshold cryptographic shard reconstruction using local physical key shards and distributed metadata shards. Physical security is mechanically enforced by parallel switches S1 and S2 linked to a voltage monitor loop controller and a rapid physical interrupt switch. A physical breach instantly cuts power, purging secure volatile registers to 0x00 within 1 millisecond. An inline rotor turbine in a process fluid flow stream drives an auxiliary power loop system to enable self-powered operations.
