Abstract: A standalone hardware-integrated computing system for user and inventory management for entry gate authentication is disclosed. The system comprises a hardware interface module configured to directly receive encrypted data from an external optical scanning device, including a barcode scanner or a QR code scanner, without intermediate network transmission. A cryptographic processing engine residing in volatile memory (RAM) is configured to decrypt the encrypted data using a symmetric encryption algorithm to extract identity and temporal validity parameters from an encrypted payload. A validation module is configured to authenticate the identity without accessing an external database. A memory-resident transaction engine is configured to execute resource allocation, control access, and update transactions within pre-loaded RAM-based data structures, and to perform a consolidated write operation to local storage upon completion of a transaction. A memory optimization controller is configured to enforce fixed-width data representations to reduce runtime memory usage. The cryptographic processing engine is further configured to perform encryption, hashing, and optical token generation using an image rendering library to produce machine-readable tokens, wherein the system operates without reliance on backend relational databases and with reduced processor background activity when awaiting hardware input.
