Abstract: TITLE: “A GUIDE VANE FOR AN ELECTRIC MOTOR” ABSTRACT The present disclosure relates to a guide vane (100) for an electric motor (200). The guide vane includes an annular body (10) defining an inboard edge (13) and an out-board edge (14). Further, the guide vane includes a plurality of vanes (30) extending radially outward from an outer circumferential surface of the annular body and curvedly extending from the inboard edge to the out-board edge. The plurality of vanes includes a first vane (31) extending up to a first predefined distance and a second vane (32) adjacent to the first vane extending up to a second predefined distance from the inboard edge towards the out-board edge. Furthermore, the plurality of vanes includes an nth vane adjacent to a (n-1)th vane. The nth vane extending up to an nth predefined distance from the inboard edge toward the out-board edge and being offset relative to the (n- 1)th vane. Fig. 4 is a representative figure.
