Abstract: TITLE: “A GRILL SHUTTER ASSEMBLY OF A VEHICLE AND A SYSTEM THEREOF” ABSTRACT The present disclosure relates to a grill shutter assembly (100) of a vehicle and a system (200) thereof. The system (100) includes a grill frame (10) securable to a frontal portion of the vehicle and defined with one or more cut outs (11) and a plurality of first flaps (30) being disposed in the one or more cut-outs (11). The plurality of first flaps being pivotally coupled to the grill frame (10). Each of the plurality of first flaps (30) being defined with at least one cavity (31) to pivotally house one or more second flaps (40). Furthermore, the system includes an actuation unit (50) coupled to the plurality first flaps and second flaps to pivot corresponding flaps. Additionally, the system includes a control unit (60) communicatively coupled to the actuation unit and configured to operate the actuation unit to pivot the plurality of first flaps and the second flaps.
