Abstract: ABSTRACT A GEO-AWARE LARGE LANGUAGE MODEL FRAMEWORK FOR AUTOMATED INTELLIGENCE SUMMARIZATION WITH RETRIEVAL- AUGMENTED GENERATION The present invention discloses a geo-aware large language model framework (100) for automated intelligence summarization. The framework (100) integrates a data acquisition module (110), a spatial-temporal alignment module (120) with geospatial coordinate extraction (122), temporal sequencing (124), and event-location linking (126), a retrieval-augmented generation module (130) for external knowledge enrichment, an LLM processing module (140) with parameter-efficient fine-tuning (144) using LoRA and IA3 and a structured INTSUM generator (146), and an evaluation module (150) with dual textual and geospatial metrics. The framework achieves BERTScore of 0.948 and over 50 percent geospatial error reduction, enabling accurate and spatially grounded intelligence summarization. [
