Abstract: The present invention relates to a Generative AI-based PCB Testing System for automated fault detection and intelligent quality assurance in electronic manufacturing. The system comprises a Raspberry Pi 4B+ microcontroller as the central processing unit, a high-resolution Pi Camera for capturing PCB images, a regulated power supply ensuring stable operation, and a 7-inch touchscreen display for real-time monitoring. Captured images undergo preprocessing using OpenCV for brightness and contrast enhancement, noise reduction, and segmentation. A generative AI and CNN-based module, trained with TensorFlow and Keras, analyzes the images to detect PCB defects including short circuits, open circuits, missing holes, and soldering issues. Inspection data is stored in a centralized database to enable continuous learning and model improvement. A user-friendly dashboard displays real-time results, defect patterns, and generates reports, reducing human dependency, improving inspection accuracy, enhancing manufacturing efficiency, and providing scalable, automated, and intelligent PCB testing.
