Abstract: A GENERATIONALLY CALIBRATED ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM FOR WORKPLACE PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY AND ENGAGEMENT ANALYTICS The invention discloses a generationally calibrated artificial intelligence system designed to monitor, evaluate, and enhance workplace psychological safety and employee engagement. The system integrates data connectors that securely acquire textual and behavioral inputs from enterprise platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, email servers, video conferencing tools, and learning management systems. A preprocessing and anonymization layer ensures privacy by replacing identifiers with generic tags and aggregating data. Natural language processing and behavioral analytics generate feature vectors that are refined by a generational calibration module, which applies cohort-specific baselines to account for differences in communication norms across Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, and other groups. A KPI engine computes engagement and psychological safety scores, while predictive models trained on historical data flag risks such as declining safety or attrition. An intervention recommendation engine then generates adaptive, AI-driven guidance, including coaching sessions, team workshops, or communication adjustments. Dashboards present anonymized, cohort-specific insights and alerts, enabling managers to act proactively. The invention is novel in combining generational calibration, psychological safety quantification, multi-platform behavioral synthesis, predictive interventions, and privacy-first design, thereby offering organizations a holistic, real-time, and trustworthy solution for sustaining engagement and well-being across diverse employee cohorts.
